The Auction Rooms is the flagship, first-location workspace of MOTA, the serviced office brand launched by Atom Group Ltd in 2024. Based at 22 Queen Street in Edinburgh’s New Town, our five-star, hospitality-led space is now in its second year and home to a vibrant, fully occupied community of growing professional firms and standout local businesses. We blend elegant design with thoughtful service, refined technology, and calm efficiency, creating a place where teams feel welcomed, looked after, and ready to do their best work. We are a small, high-performing team with exacting standards and a clear path for growth across the wider MOTA portfolio.
