If you plan to use the space two to three days a week, an Owned Desk offers better value and a more permanent base. At £500 + VAT per month, you’ll get your own reserved desk, 24/7 access, secure storage, full membership benefits and 2 hours of meeting room use each month.
You’ll also become part of The Auction Rooms community, with access to events, wellbeing sessions, workshops, networking and local partner benefits.

Our co-working space is located in the beautiful Bidding Suite. You also have access to relax in our Auction Hall Members Lounge during your stay.

The MOTA Concierge Team is happy to welcome you from 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday. Owned Desk Members can access to co-working space 24/7.

We offer a complimentary call pod, available on a drop-in basis. If you plan to take calls for periods longer than 25 minutes, we recommend booking a meeting room.

On-Site parking is available to be booked through our Members Portal. Alternatively, you can use street parking on Queen Street or the St James Car Park Centre neraby.

We recommend booking ahead to ensure that there is a desk available. However, drop-ins are welcome.

Every co-working booking is per desk. However, if you are planning to catch-up with a friend during your booked time, you are more than welcome to sit in the Members Lounge.
