Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
This scheme is open to current members and approved Affiliates only.
Qualifying referral
A referral qualifies when it is a new introduction to The Auction Rooms, meaning:
we are not already in active discussions with the referred business, and
we have had no recorded contact with them in the past six months.
Where multiple introductions are made, the first valid referrer recorded will be eligible for the reward.
Minimum term and eligible products
Private Office Suites: licences of 12 months or more qualify.
Virtual Office memberships: qualify on the applicable Virtual Office plan.
Coworking, day passes, and meeting rooms are excluded, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Referral rewards
Private Office Suites: a one-off reward equivalent to 50% of one month of the initial monthly suite fee, capped at £5,000, payable by bank transfer. The reward applies to the first Private Office Suite licence only.
Virtual Office: a one-off reward equivalent to one month of the Virtual Office subscription fee, payable by bank transfer.
When rewards are paid
Rewards are payable 30 days from the date of signature, provided that:
the membership has started, and
the deposit (if applicable) and the first month’s fees have been paid.
