Who it’s for

This scheme is open to:

  • Current members (private suites, owned desks, and virtual office members)

  • Affiliates — trusted partners, frequent bookers, and friends of the business who are added to our confirmed affiliate list.

Private Office Suite referrals

If your introduction becomes a new private office suite member:

You receive:

a one-off referral reward equivalent to 50% of one month’s suite fee, paid by bank transfer, capped at £5,000.


They receive:

50% off their first month’s suite fee as a welcome.

Virtual Office referrals

If your introduction becomes a new Virtual Office Member:

You receive:

a one-off referral reward, equivalent to one month of the Virtual Office subscription fee, transferred to you by bank transfer.


They receive:

50% off their first month as a welcome to The Auction Rooms.

1. Introduce us by email. You can use the subject line below and paste the short intro template:

Hi team — introducing [Name] at [Company]. They’re interested in [private office / virtual office]. Please take it from here. Thanks, [Your Name]

2. We’ll reach out to your contact, arrange a tour or call, and guide them through the options.

3. Once they sign and start, we’ll apply their discount and confirm your reward.
